In this aspect, we designed and developed a mobile optimized and SEO friendly eBook reading portal as a web application and mobile applications in iOS, Android and Windows platforms. Kiyawamu.lk is capable of converting physical books to eBooks via a converting tool. Readers could read these eBooks on any portable device, download them or request for physical copies. More than 15,000 eBooks are available in the Kiyawamu library and readers have the ability to maintain unique electronic bookshelf for themselves. Similarly, the platform allows existing and potential book authors to reach a higher audience and built a strong market.
